  • You want support in following a restrictive diet such as keto, carnivore, or a juice cleanse.

  • You want in-person coaching (I meet my clients primarily online via Zoom!).

  • You have specific medical conditions that require specialized attention from a doctor or naturopath (although we can often work alongside them!).

  • You're not comfortable with open communication and accountability. (We’re all about genuine connection and open-communication here!).

  • You’re expecting someone to do all the work for you (as fun as it would be, I can’t follow you around all the time or cook your food for you ;))

1:1 Nutrition Coaching

Every BODY is different. You are unique, which means you deserve a unique approach to your nutrition goals. Our program is 100% customized to you with a sustainable approach. No more quick fixes or fad diets here.

What’s Included:

  • A 60 min meeting via Zoom where we have a chance to dive deeper into your goals, current habits, typical day, and together create an action plan to get you started.

  • After your initial meeting (and on-going) your coach will create your customized nutrition recommendations which could include food specifics, recipe ideas, sample meal plans, custom macros, supplement recommendations, and more. All will depend on what you and your coach decide is the best route for you!

  • Every month you'll get one 30 min follow up meeting to chat in more detail about how things are going, what you'd like to adjust, and make a plan for the month ahead. It's also a great time to ask any in-depth questions or get extra coaching support on things you're struggling with.

  • Each week you'll check in with your coach by completing a quick online check-in form to review your week and share updates. Your coach will then respond with any follow up questions, feedback, and recommendations.

  • Within the custom coaching app, you'll have messenger access with your coach Mon-Fri and options to have daily habits to check off for added accountability and data tracking.

  • You and your coach will discuss whether or not food tracking is a good option and you'll be able to sync your food tracking app (along with other apps such as Apple Health, Garmin, etc) and your coach will review weekly for added support.

  • Within the nutrition coaching platform you'll have access to a library of educational resources, recipes, and more that will support your learning and habit building.

  • $250/month + GST

    Billed as monthly recurring payments. Initial 3 month commitment required.

Personalized Workout Programming

A customized workout plan specific to your individuals goals, needs, and wants. On-going support and accountability, movement demo videos, weekly feedback, and more.

What’s Included:

  • A 60 min session to gain a deeper understanding of your current physical abilities including mobility, range of motion and movement patterns. This assessment helps me to create your personalized workout program in a way that aligns with your current goals and abilities.

  • After your initial meeting I'll create your personalized workout program inside of our custom app, CoachRX. Your custom plan will be based on your current goals, movement abilities, access to space and equipment, time, and frequency.

  • Every month you'll get one 30 min Zoom follow up meeting to chat in more detail about how things are going, what you'd like to adjust, and make a plan for the month ahead. It's also a great time to ask any in-depth questions or get extra coaching support on things you're struggling with.

  • Each week your coach will review your workout notes and progress and will make any adjustments if to your program in necessary.

  • Within the custom coaching app, you'll have messenger access with your coach Mon-Fri to ask any questions, get feedback, or share updates.

  • Each workout and movement will include movement demonstration videos right within the app so that you can see and learn what each movement is without having to leave the app or go search for it yourself.

  • $200/month + GST

    Billed Monthly. Minimum 3 month commitment required and then options to continue month to month after that.

How to Get Started

  • Step 1- Free Discovery Call

    The discovery call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. To make sure we are a good fit.

    In this 20 minute Zoom meeting we will discuss your goals, what’s worked well, what hasn’t, and what the best path will be for you to take to crush those big, juicy goals you have!

  • Step 2- Choose Coaching Option(s)

    During the discovery call we will review the options, pricing and answer any questions you have so that we can ensure you are 100% clear on what you’re receiving.

    We will then get you all set up with your chosen option and begin our initial steps to set you up for success!

  • Step 3- Book Your Initial Meeting

    We'll book your initial meeting and get your action plan in place, hooray!

  • Maybe!

    As a registered holistic nutritionist, some benefits plans do cover my services. Check to see if you have "holistic nutritionist" covered.

    Alternatively, you can use a workplace health spending account as well!

  • What's the difference between a dietician and a holistic nutritionist?

    As a registered holistic nutritionist, I look at the whole body system, not just what you eat. We look at other health practices such as your habits, stress, sleep, movement, and so much more. We create a detailed and holistic plan that encompasses support in all areas necessary for optimal health (in a way that is realistic and supportive for you!).

    Education: I completed a 2 year diploma program and in order to become registered needed to complete a minimum of 2000 hours of education in nutrition. I am also required to complete continuing education annually in order to maintain my accreditation.

    Dieticians:

    Traditionally, dieticians work in a more hospital based setting or in treating more specific medical conditions. They complete a minimum of 4 years of college education and may go on to complete a masters degree as well.

  • No, food tracking is not mandatory. During the intake process you and your coach will discuss your current knowledge and comfortability around nutrition habits and food tracking. From there you’ll decide on an action plan together. 


    Food tracking can be a useful tool for learning more about portion sizing, what your foods are made of, and how they impact you. So we often recommend trying it out, but understand that some aren’t comfortable with doing so and instead we can focus on other nutrition habits.
