Personal Training

We all need a little accountability sometimes (or just someone to tell us what to do!)… and guess what! That’s okay!

What do I offer?

  • Small group training (up to 3 people)

  • 1 hour or 30 minute sessions

  • In person or via Zoom

30 min $55/session
